These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClubdeaL mobile application, website (amclubdeal.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AM Company, United Arab Emirates.

International Users: ClubdeaL is currently designed for UAE-based users and businesses. International access is permitted but deal availability is limited to UAE vendors. Franchise and white-label partners operate under separate franchise agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:
AM Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
One Account Per Person / Business: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, earn duplicate loyalty points, or re-access a suspended account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and accrued rewards forfeited.
As a customer using ClubdeaL to discover deals and redeem coupons, you agree to:
Coupon Redemption: Each coupon contains a unique, one-time QR code. Codes are cryptographically signed and become invalid immediately upon successful redemption. Attempting to reuse, reproduce, or duplicate a QR code constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
Loyalty Points: Points are awarded at AM Company's discretion and have no cash value. AM Company reserves the right to adjust point values, tier thresholds, and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
As a vendor listing your business on ClubdeaL, you agree to the following obligations:
Vendor Verification: AM Company conducts verification checks before any business goes live. We reserve the right to remove any vendor listing that fails verification, violates these Terms, or receives sustained negative feedback, without refund of subscription fees already paid.
ClubdeaL Agents are independent contractors, not employees of AM Company. As an agent, you agree that:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ClubdeaL and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
Coupon Fraud: Any attempt to forge, duplicate, screenshot-share, or systematically exploit QR codes constitutes fraud. AM Company will pursue civil and criminal remedies under UAE law for coupon fraud, including reporting to the UAE Cybercrime Authority where applicable.
All intellectual property rights in the ClubdeaL Platform — including the name, logo, app design, AI systems, software, content, and features — are owned by or licensed to AM Company.
Vendor subscriptions and any other paid services on ClubdeaL are subject to the following terms:
Platform Availability: ClubdeaL is provided "as is" and "as available." AM Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.
Vendor Content: AM Company does not verify the accuracy of every deal description, business claim, or review posted on the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods and services offered by vendors.
AI Features: Outputs from the ClubdeaL AI assistant, AI Deal Creator, and AI Caption Writer are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and should verify before relying on it for commercial decisions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AM Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ClubdeaL shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to AM Company in the 3 months preceding the claim. AM Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@amclubdeal.com or through the in-app account settings. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By AM Company: AM Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Accrued loyalty points, unused coupons, and pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal laws and the laws of the Emirate in which AM Company is registered.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ClubdeaL shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
